Easter Sunday BBQ

20th April 2003

Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

Rob Livesey (GSXR-KID or Ryan or whatever he's called himself today) arranged a BBQ and informal meeting on Easter Sunday down in Essex. We had something in the region of 15 cars turn up despite the overcast and windy/cold weather. Nice to see some new members and Brendan was in full swing pouncing on them all! Also our treasurer proved himself to be a man of many faces, this time turning up as one of the "flumps"!

Pics and comments follow...

I think this is Ron Baggett's car showing off the new Samco hoses that James at Amber Performance has had made up for our cars. Nice!

Bloody people getting in the way, dagnabbit! ;-)

Looks like these guy's got fed up of their other halves complaining about the cold and did a runner!

Martyn doing an excellent "Joey Deacon" impression (if you don't know who JD is you're too young!)

It's "The Flump" ;-)

Is it my imagination or have Bren's leg's got shorter?

SiFi and Miriam - love's young (ahem) dream

Time for some car shots I guess

Watch you don't press the ejector seat button Bren! ;-)

Oh and now I start farting around with this new wide-angled lens I've got...

... and if anyone is really interested it's an 18-28mm wide angle zoom, hence the weird distortion

Nice!
